11月10日上午，國(guó)際奧委會(huì)主席考文垂一行到訪位于南沙體育館的十五運(yùn)會(huì)武術(shù)套路項(xiàng)目競(jìng)賽現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。在觀看男子劍術(shù)和女子刀術(shù)比賽后，考文垂獲贈(zèng)一份來(lái)自廣州南沙的城市禮物——香云紗披肩，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)表露欣賞與喜愛(ài)之情。行程結(jié)束前，考文垂接受了南方+采訪。

南方+：觀賞了11月9日晚的十五運(yùn)會(huì)開(kāi)幕式，您有什么感受？

考文垂：It was really wonderful,it was just completely mind blowing opening ceremony with such a an incredible blend of culture and technology and sport and beauty and it just really framed everything that we've experienced so far here.

（這場(chǎng)開(kāi)幕式真的太精彩了，將文化、科技、體育和美完美融合，令人嘆為觀止，真實(shí)地概括我們迄今為止在這里所經(jīng)歷的一切。）

南方+：您喜歡今天的武術(shù)比賽嗎？有否計(jì)劃推動(dòng)中國(guó)武術(shù)成為奧林匹克的正式項(xiàng)目？

考文垂：Today it's been wonderful.It was really nice to meet some of the athletes and it was beautiful competition to watch.（今天真是美好的一天。能見(jiàn)到一些運(yùn)動(dòng)員真的很高興，比賽也十分精彩。）

Wushu is gonna be in the car in 2026 at the Youth Olympic Games next year,the first time the games will be coming to African continent.So we're very excited about that.（中國(guó)武術(shù)將于2026年作為青年奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)正式比賽項(xiàng)目亮相，明年將是青年奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)首次在非洲大陸舉辦，我們對(duì)此感到非常期待。）

南方+：您如何看廣州這座城市？

考文垂：Now that the city has been wonderful.It's been really wonderful to be here.We've been here for the last 2 days and we've gotten to meet some incredible people.We're having a lot of fun and we're enjoying our time here.

(這座城市無(wú)與倫比，能來(lái)到這里真的很棒。我們?cè)谶@里已經(jīng)待了兩天，結(jié)識(shí)了很多不可思議的人，我們很享受在這里的時(shí)光。)
